How far is the airport?
It is an easy 25-minute Taxi ride from the Suvarnabhumi International Airport, depending on the traffic.
What Are My Lease Length Options?
A 12-month lease is the standard lease length, but other options are available. Please email us for more information.
How much is the security deposit?
It is two months of security for two years. It will be addressed before signing a lease.
What Utilities Are Included in the Rent?
For short-term rentals, the utilities are included in the fee. For the long term, you must pay water and electricity. The owner will take care of the HOA.
Are Early Lease Terminations Allowed?
The policy is 30 days notice in writing. If it is early termination, we will keep the deposit.
Is there parking Available?
Yes, one space is available, but it is required to notify the owner. The owner will arrange with the Property Management.
Are there Any Income or Credit Requirements for the long term?
No, but your gross monthly income is 3x of the monthly rent and requires proof of income.
Is there an Application Fee?
No, there is no other fee.
Is There Storage Space Available?
No, there is no storage space available currently.
How do I File Maintenance Requests?
It is an onboard process. The owner will go over it with you during the signing.
Is there Apartment Security?
It is 24/7 security.
