By making a booking, I confirm that I have carefully read and fully accepted the Terms of Use and Policies. I have carefully reviewed and understood the details of my reservation.
I am aware that I must be at least 18 years old, and at least one guest in my group must meet the minimum age requirement for check-in upon arrival.

Terms Use
BOOKING WINDOWS
Stays MUST BE booked at least three days before the arrival date. We are unable to accommodate same-day booking.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
- Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Early check-in must be arranged a day prior.
- CHECK-OUT is before 11:00 am local time on the check-out date. The key card/key job access must be returned to the Nest Management office in the envelope provided, sealed, and returned.
LINENS & BED CARE
We do not allow guests to take towels or linens from the apartment, and any missing or soiled linens will be replaced at the guest’s expense.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
The number of guests allowed in each unit is clearly specified in the unit type and description. Depending on the department, there may be rules and restrictions on additional guests, which can be arranged in advance for an extra charge. It is not allowed to hold gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy without prior approval, and doing so may result in an additional fee.
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED
Welcome to Nest 64! We would like to remind you that our living environment is SMOKE-FREE, including both indoor and outdoor spaces. In order to ensure the health and safety of all our residents and guests, we kindly request that you refrain from smoking within the premises. Any evidence or odor of smoke will incur Additional Environmental Fees. Please note that tampering with smoke detectors is a serious offense and will result in immediate removal and cancellation of the remaining stay without any refunds. Thank you for your cooperation!
PARKING
On-site parking is restricted to permit holders only. Vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas. Any cars parked illegally will be towed at the owner’s expense, and they will also be subject to fines. It is important to always observe parking signs both in front of and behind the car. Furthermore, parking on the premises is entirely at your own risk, and the condo owner does not accept any responsibility for any damage or loss that may occur as a result. responsibility for the vehicle or its contents. Any vehicle that is improperly parked or in violation of terms of use will be towed at your expense. You agree that we are not liable for damage that may occur from towing or result from loss of use. You understand that we will not be held responsible for any damage or theft that may occur while your vehicle(s) is parked on any part of the property. Parking on the street is permitted and at your own risk; however, pay close attention to the posted signs for conditions and restrictions.
SEWER
It is important to remember that only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet. Items such as “flushable wipes,” diapers, feminine products, dental floss, “Q-Tips,” or any other debris should never be flushed. If any of these prohibited items or other foreign objects are found to have been flushed, you will be held responsible for the plumbing services, subsequent damage, and repair costs that may be substantial.
POOL ACCESS
If present, residents and guests must abide by the rules and regulations posted in the pool area. Swimming is at your own risk, and the owner is not liable for any accidents or injuries. For safety reasons, residents should not swim alone. The pool hours are displayed in the pool area. Smoking, glass, pets, and alcohol are prohibited in the pool area. Proper swimming attire is always required, and a swimsuit cover-up must be worn to and from the pool. Running or any rough activities are not allowed in the pool area. Please respect others by minimizing noise, covering pool furniture with a towel when using suntan oils, disposing of trash, and keeping the pool gates closed. Residents must accompany their guests and notify the Nest Management office in case of any problems or safety hazards at the pool. The owner does not guarantee pool availability, which is seasonal, weather permitting, and at the owner’s sole discretion.
FITNESS CENTER
If the fitness center is present, all residents and guests must adhere to the posted rules and regulations. Please note that the fitness center is not supervised, and therefore, residents are solely responsible for using equipment appropriately. Before using any equipment, residents should carefully inspect each piece and avoid using anything that appears to be malfunctioning, damaged, or dangerous. If equipment is not functioning correctly, appears damaged, or poses a danger to anyone, residents should report the issue immediately to the Nest Management office. Additionally, residents must consult a physician before using any equipment or participating in any aerobics or exercise class, and only engage in such activities if approved by their physician. During a visit to the fitness center, residents must keep it locked and may not allow anyone who is not registered with the Management Office to enter. Residents must also accompany their guests at all times. Lastly, please note that no glass, smoking, eating, alcoholic beverages, pets, or black sole shoes are permitted in the fitness center.
BUSINESS CENTER/CO-WORKING SPACE
Residents and guests may use the business center at their own risk, but they must follow the Rules and Regulations that are posted in the center. The owner of the center cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of data, files, programs, or any other information that occurs on the computers or within the center, for any reason. In addition, no software may be installed on the computers without the written approval of Community Management. Moreover, any inappropriate, offensive, or pornographic images or files (as decided by the Owner) are strictly prohibited from being viewed or loaded onto the computers within the Business Center. Furthermore, residents are expected to limit their time on the computers if there are others waiting to use them. Finally, smoking, eating, drinking alcoholic beverages, bringing pets, or engaging in any disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited within the business center.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Unfortunately, it is not possible to obtain travel insurance at this time.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS
Any reservations acquired through deceit will result in forfeiture of payment and removal from premises.
TERMINATION
Termination without refund and immediate removal from the property will result from any of the following. Please note the following termination conditions for your stay.
- Excessive noise is not allowed.
- Any rude, disrespectful, aggressive, or threatening behavior towards anyone will not be tolerated.
- The presence of undisclosed occupants is not permitted.
- The maximum occupancy must not be exceeded at any time.
- Any form of illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
- Any action involving the police will result in immediate termination of your stay.
- If your credit card is declined or payment is not made, your stay may be terminated. Any damage to the home or its contents that is identified before the expected check-out date will result in termination of your stay.
- Overstaying the pre-determined check-out date and time is not allowed.
- The owner reserves the right to terminate all utilities, remove the guest’s belongings, and change the locks without further notice or warning if any of the Termination conditions noted above are violated.

RECURRING BILLING MODIFICATION FOR LONG-TERM GUESTS
Long-term guests must notify management in writing at least 14 days before planned check-out to avoid being billed for the next 2-week period.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF TERMS AND POLICIES
Before checking in, I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this agreement. This includes making a reservation online, signing credit card authorization forms, providing payment, entering my assigned apartment or home, or completing the check-in checklist.
